Aren't mainstream pop-punk fans the most insecure, ignorant, immature and intolerant group of music fans?

Not only are they unwilling to accept that their favorite bands may
have flaws, they expect everybody to like their music and pop-punk
bands and thumb down any answer that slates pop-punk bands or fans of
the genre.

Finding a pop-punk fan who doesn't fit this description is as hard as
finding a needle in a haystack.
